Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered! 🌟 If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Here’s how it works:
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
Just reach out to us at info@ohmyband.com, and we’ll send you all the instructions you need to return your item. Please note that you’ll be responsible for covering the return shipping cost. We can accept returns to both Lithuania and Australia.
Items sent back to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted, so please get in touch with us first!

Damaged or Defective Items
We hope this doesn’t happen, but if you believe your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please email us at info@ohmyband.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo or video showing the issue so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned. If you have concerns or questions about your specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for what you’d like.
Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved. If so, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it may take some extra time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at info@ohmyband.com.
