Pack the item unworn in its original packaging and post it with any tracked service.

We’ll refund the product price to your original payment method as soon as the item is back and checked.

Returns, answered.

Once your return is back and checked, we’ll refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days, and email you the moment it goes out. Your bank may take a little longer to show it — if it’s been more than 15 business days, email info@ohmyband.com and we’ll chase it.

Email info@ohmyband.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue, and we’ll make it right.

Return the original and place a new order for the item or size you want — we’ll refund the returned item as soon as it arrives.

Return postage is on you — any tracked service works. We’ll refund the full product price once the item is back.

Please email us first so we can authorise the return — items sent back without arranging it with us can’t be accepted.

Not for a refund — the 30-day window is firm. If something fails in normal wear within the first year, though, it’s covered by the warranty.
